Thank you for choosing BOWADX. We believe in keeping things simple and ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item.

2. Return Process

• Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition.

• If the item doesn't fit, simply return it to the following address:

• Enclose $4.00 for a basic T-Shirt or $9.00 for a hoodie to cover shipping costs. Please add an additional $2.00 per T-Shirt or $6.00 per hoodie for each additional item.

• Include a note specifying your needed size(s) and your return address.

3. Mistake on Our Part

If the mistake is ours, we will cover the shipping costs for your return or exchange.
